Aaron’s journey into the world of cuisine began with a stellar academic record, including a Catering Single Award in 2013 and a string of diplomas that attest to his commitment to culinary excellence. His Diploma in Professional Chefs and Food Service at Levels one and two, both awarded with distinctions in June 2014 and 2015, laid the foundation for his culinary skills. Subsequently, he achieved the coveted Professional Pastry Chef Level 3 with distinction in June 2016, further solidifying his reputation as a master in the galley.

Born and raised in a quaint coastal town in Cornwall, England, Aaron grew up surrounded by the beauty of the southwest coast. Under the mentorship of renowned chef Anton Piotrowski, a former winner of MasterChef in the southwest of England, Over the course of a decade, Aaron honed his skills in the culinary world, gracing the kitchens of prestigious hotels and restaurants while learning from some of the industry’s most celebrated chefs.

Beyond yachting, his heart belongs to Noosa, a charming town on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. It was here that he lived and worked as a chef, forging deep connections with the local culture, cuisine, and the bountiful ingredients that define the region.
