Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of allyachtingbahamas.com and any inquiry submitted through this site. Every private charter is subject to a separate booking agreement issued by All Yachting Bahamas, and that agreement — not this page — controls the details of your charter.

Inquiries & quotes

Submitting a form or message does not confirm a booking. Yacht, date, and destination availability, along with final pricing and inclusions, are confirmed in writing by our team before payment.

Charter authority

The captain has final authority over vessel safety, itinerary, and departure. Weather, sea conditions, and guest safety may require changes to the plan.

Payment, cancellation & refunds

Deposit amounts, payment schedules, cancellation windows, and refund terms are set out in the booking agreement or invoice provided for your charter.

Onboard conduct

Illegal substances are not permitted. Guests are expected to follow reasonable crew instructions. Damage caused by negligence may be charged to the lead guest.
